About the presentations
We can produce cacao liquor, cacao paste, and their derivatives in a wide range of presentations, adapting to each client’s needs. Moreover, within a single production it is possible to combine different forms or presentations, allowing the same batch to be complemented with a variety of options, whether in bars, blocks, drops, coins, or other customized formats.

Each variety is carefully balanced in terms of fluidity and fat content (ranging from 36% to 53%), ensuring smooth textures and a flawless glossy finish. We offer options from pure 100% cacao to more balanced ranges (55%–85%), including sugar-free alternatives, coconut sugar varieties, and certified organic couvertures. With stable melting and tempering curves, these couvertures guarantee precise crystallization, making them ideal for applications from bonbons and ganaches to pastries and artisanal ice creams. In every preparation, they provide a versatile and reliable foundation that enhances both creativity and quality.

All presentations include primary packaging in compliance with international food safety standards, as well as export boxes.
